If you have been financially impacted by the pandemic, please reach out to our service team at service@figloans.com ASAP and mention COVID-19 in your email.

Because everyone's situation is a bit different, our team will guide you through the options available to you based on your specific loan. Our options include pushing your payments out, setting you up with lower payments, and so on. If your requested accommodation will impact your credit, we will let you know and walk you through the necessary next steps in order to protect your credit.
