You will need to meet all of the following in order to apply for a refinance with us:
- Reside in Texas, Missouri, Utah or Wisconsin
- Down to your final payment on your open loan
- Have no more than 1 returned payment on your open loan
If you meet the above criteria, you are welcome to head to www.figloans.com/me and apply for a loan. If approved, we will use the approval amount to take care of your remaining balance and deposit the difference into your account.
Please note, if your second to last payment is still processing in our system, we won't get back to you with an answer until that payment fully clears.
