I was notified of an error in my application, what do I do?

We wish all applications went seamlessly, however, sometimes errors will happen. We will always send you an email when an error occurs that keeps us from processing your application, unless we provide the error message in real time on the website.

The most common error we see is with bank verification, and in this case if we can normally accept your bank but ran into a connectivity issue, we will send an email requesting your last 3 bank statements.
