We all make typos! Or sometimes life changes — you move, change your name, or get a new phone number and/or email address. When that happens, we’ll just need a few quick details to make sure your information stays up-to-date. The steps are a little different depending on whether you’re applying for a new loan, currently have one, or have already paid off your last loan and may apply again soon.
Here’s what you’ll need in each situation:
1. If You’re Applying for a Loan

| Name and/or Date of Birth | Valid U.S. state or federal-issued photo ID |
| Social Security Number | Valid U.S. state or federal-issued photo ID and Social Security Card |
| Physical Address | If the new address is in another state: Recent utility bill, state-issued ID, or W2 showing updated residence |
| Email Address and/or Phone Number | Please contact our customer support ream at service@figloans.com. NOTE: We cannot update phone numbers during the loan application/loan acceptance process for security reasons. If your loan is approved, the approval will expire after 72 hours. Once it expires, contact us to update your phone number, and you may reapply after a 7-day waiting period. |
2. If You Currently Have an Open Loan

3. If You’ve Paid Off Your Loan (and May Apply Again)

No open loan + same state: No action required! You can update your mailing address when submitting your next application. No open loan + different state: Recent utility bill, state-issued ID, or W-2 showing updated residence |
