Why did my payment fail? What can I do about it?

Payments may return back to us for a variety of reasons. Here are the most frequently-seen ones:

  • Insufficient Funds in the Account
  • Bank account reported as Closed by the Bank
  • Incorrect Routing/Account/Debit Card numbers
  • "Stop Payment" or dispute on the payment
  • Account frozen by the bank

If you notice a payment failed/returned back to us, we suggest reaching out to your bank for more details and contacting our customer support team at service@figloans.com as soon as possible. We can provide additional context regarding the return reason and work with you to resolve the payment.
