I'm on automatic payments, but my payments have not been withdrawing, why?

We understand that automatic payments should be, well, automatic. However, if our system detects that a payment could lead to NSF or overdraft fees, we may pause your recurring payments to help protect you.

If you notice that a scheduled payment was not withdrawn on your payment date, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review your account and discuss an appropriate solution.
