Before accepting your loan offer, you can cancel your loan at any time by reaching out to our customer support team or by letting the offer automatically timeout.
Once you’ve accepted your loan, funding is initiated, and you are no longer interested in the loan, please contact us right away via email at service@figloans.com. If you do so promptly, we may be able to retract the loan funds and cancel your loan.
