How can I change my payment schedule?

We get that sometimes life happens and the pre-determined payment schedule no longer works for you. That's why we make it easy for you to update your payment schedule on your own!

Important reminders when rescheduling payments:

  • A scheduled payment is submitted into processing by 3pm central time the business day before. All changes must be made by that deadline.
  • You won't be able to select a date that is on a holiday or weekend.
  • Moving out one payment doesn't automatically move out the rest of your payments.
  • We allow you to reschedule your payments within 28 days of the original due date on your own. If you are unable to select a date when rescheduling, it is most likely that that day falls outside the 28-day window.
    • If you truly need to extend your payment past that window, please reach out to our customer support team via email at service@figloans.com or text at (832) 803-0990 using the email address or phone number listed on your Fig account.

Guide on how to reschedule payments:

Please visit www.figloans.com/me/schedule view and edit your payment schedule. We have circled three places you can find on your homepage that pertain to viewing and scheduling payments.

  • Click on ‘Remaining Payment(s)’ and ‘CHANGE SCHEDULE’, your screen should resemble something like this:
  • Click on ‘RESCHEDULE’, a screen will pop up with a Calendar icon to select that new date.  Click on the ‘CONFIRM’ button once you have selected that new date.
  •
    • Another screen will pop up to re-confirm that you would like to proceed with that replacement date. You can either ‘CANCEL’ and go back to select another date, or ‘CONFIRM’ the date.
  •
    • After you click on ‘CONFIRM’, your screen will say ‘Success!’.

  •
    • Click on ‘Close’ or 'x' to double check that change was successful. The date you selected should reflect on your account.
