Your original payment dates are the payment dates listed in your loan agreement. If you don’t recall what those dates are, please reach out to our customer support team via email to service@figloans.com.
Additionally, payments are tied to their original due dates for credit reporting purposes.
As long as a payment is submitted on time (ACH payment by day 28 or a debit card payment* by day 29 from the original due date), it will be reported on time.
*Debit card payments may not be available in all states
